Pingel Fuel Valve Application Chart

Pingel Fuel Valve Series is determined by the location of fuel valve on the tank and the direction of the hose outlet. The chart below can help you find the series. The first digit of the part number lets you know what series. For instance, a 6000 series fuel valve’s part number will begin with a 6 (series diagram pertains to single outlet valves only, all dual outlet valves' part numbers will begin with a 3).

Substantially Higher Fuel Flow than any Fuel Valve Made for Motorcycles!

These Pingel® Power-Flo™ Valves are Single Outlet with Reserve and have a 5/16" hose barb. You will need to know the series 6000, 4000 or 1000 and the inlet size, 22mm (H-D), 1/4" or 3/8" NPT. Then choose your design and finish options. Most are available in hex or round and chrome or aluminum, some are available in brass or black. Pingel® offer a designer series for more options.
