INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

The above components are included in the TCSO-A Oil Line Adapter kit. This kit enables the oil line routing from the oil tank to engine to be swapped in orientation to clear the solenoids on the F5R & DD6-RV reverse kits. The stock oil line clip is not re-used. Install the shrink tubing on the oil lines as shown below. This acts as a cushion on the oil lines. Cut the rubber, pre- formed oil line to length and install on male fitting coming off of the stock oil tank. This added length enables the oil feed line to be routed more towards the primary side of the motorcycle. Once the oil lines are routed and connected to the engine, tighten the hose clamps to ensure a leak free connection.
